| Fostermation produces scaler needles used with pneumatic scaler guns. Typical applications for scaler needles is for rust removal on welding slag and steel, the removal of paint and scale, the cleaning of castings and the abrading of concrete. Scaler needles are produced in four standard diameters: 2MM (.079"), 3MM (.117"), 1/8" (.125") and 4MM (.156"). Standard materials include C1065, P9254, 410SS and CDA172. Needles are produced with a standard tapered head (seat) configuration and a square cut-off end.
